Rose' White Balsamic Vinegar

Made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, this white balsamic vinegar truly boasts an impressive grape pedigree and highlights everything we enjoy about rose' wine... bright acidity and soft, subtle aromas of crab apple, watermelon, raspberries, strawberries and wet stone.  This grape variety produces earthy, but elegant wines that translate beautifully into a well-balanced, clean, cool, crisp and dry vinegar.  It has just the right amount of tartness, with an acidity level of 5%.
