Gorgonzola and Walnut Crostini

Wonderful any time of the year, this delicious yet easy-to-make appetizer is sure to appeal to even the most sophisticated palates!


French baguette, sliced

Olive R Twist Ultra Premium olive oil of choice

Gorgonzola cheese


Olive R Twist Honey Ginger White Balsamic vinegar


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Slice baguette into 1/2 inch-thick slices and drizzle generously with the olive oil.  Toast in oven for approximately 5 minutes, or until slightly browned.  Top with Gorgonzola cheese, chopped walnuts, and a drizzle of Honey Ginger White Balsamic vinegar. 

Serve immediately.
