Our bright, tart, ruby red Lambrusco wine vinegar is a culinary delight! It boasts rich notes of citrus and grapefruit on the nose, with a clean astringent finish on the palate. Its complexity lends itself to a range of applications, including vinaigrettes, marinades, pickles, salads and more.
The Lambrusco grape grows only in the Southern tier of Lombardy, in the northern region of Italy. This wine vinegar has a 7% acidity level.
