Cooking Class May 29, 2025 - Maria C. Palmer

Join us for an evening with best-selling author of 'On the Rocks' Maria C. Palmer, whose father, Joseph Costanzo, Jr. owned the internationally-acclaimed DiRoNa award-winning Primadonna Restaurant of Pittsburgh, PA.  In this 'hands on' cooking class, Maria will teach us how to make pasta from scratch, a simple marinara sauce, as well as a garlic and wine sauce and her family's restaurant signature garlic bread!  We will enjoy a wonderful Italian meal together as Maria discusses her book and her experiences growing up in her father's restaurant business!

Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine or your favorite adult beverage.  The class will begin at 7 PM, and will be limited to 14 participants.  Class participants will receive a 10% discount on any items purchased at the store the evening of the event.  Maria's book will also be available for purchase on the evening of the class.

Class reservations are non-refundable.  If we have a waitlist, we will attempt to fill your spot if you cannot make it, and will be happy to refund you if we are successful.
