Create an accountJoin us for a special evening of Indian cuisine with long-time Ridgewood resident Anita Ramani! A neuroscientist by training, Anita spent several years at NYU School of Medicine before following her lifelong passion for cooking. She is a seasoned workshop leader and has hosted popular classes in Amsterdam, where she introduced participants to the vibrant world of Indian spices - demystifying their flavors and teaching creative ways to incorporate them into both everyday meals and special occasions. Through her workshops, Anita aims to inspire a love of cooking and empower people to explore bold, delicious flavors with confidence.
We will be making an Umeboshi Plum Chicken Curry dish to be served with Indian spiced rice; a cucumber, carrot & herb salad with honey ginger dressing; and a refreshing non-alcoholic mango sparkler drink this evening. We are super excited about this new class!
Bring your appetite, and a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage if you'd like. Class will begin at 7PM, and will be limited to 14 participants. Class participants will receive a 10% discount on any items purchased at the store the evening of the event.
Class reservations are non-refundable. If we have a waitlist, we will attempt to fill your spot if you cannot make it, and will be happy to refund you if we are successful.
