Wednesday, September 25, 2019 - Cooking Class 'Demo' with Audrey Zona (ZoHealthy), Wednesday, September 25, 7:00-9:30 PM - Audrey, along with Chef Craig Chomsky (Craig's Kitchen), will show us how to 'meal prep' to make weeknight meals easy and healthy at the same time... imagine that! As the school year gets underway, we are all adjusting to a busier lifestyle, which, unfortunately, sometimes means that we have less time to prepare family meals. Audrey, an Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, along with Chef Craig, will help us navigate this stressful time of day so that our families can still enjoy an evening meal that is both nutritious and delicious! Cost of the class is $45/person, and includes recipes and a duo of oil and vinegar used in the recipes!

Audrey, along with Chef Craig Chomsky (Craig's Kitchen), will show us how to 'meal prep' to make weeknight meals easy and healthy at the same time...As the school year gets underway, we are all adjusting to a busier lifestyle, which, unfortunately sometimes means that we have less time to prepare family meals.  Audrey, an Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, along with Chef Craig, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, will help us navigate this stressful time of day so that our families can still enjoy an evening meal that is both nutritious and delicious!  They will show us how to prep various vegetables, a lean protein and a healthy grain in advance so that they may be used throughout the week to make different entrees and salads, incorporating our olive oils and balsamic vinegars, for the whole family to enjoy!  Bring a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage, along with your appetite!  Cost is $45/person, and includes recipes and a duo of olive oil and balsamic vinegar used in the evening's recipes.

Audrey's business, ZoHealthy, is based in Franklin Lakes, where she teaches her clients health and nutrition, and assists them with achieving overall wellness, health and weight goals.  Chef Craig has a catering business (Craig's Kitchen) in Waldwick, NJ.  He graduated at the top of his class at CIA, and spent a year in Tuscany, Italy studying his craft.  He does all types of catering.
