Cooking Class - Cheeseboards with Lia Littlewood (Say Cheese Bergen County)

Get 'On Board' with the latest food trends!  Join us on Thursday, July 16, as we Zoom with Lia Littlewood of Say Cheese Bergen County to learn how to make a beautiful and unique 'cheese board' incorporating some of our favorite olive oils and balsamics!  Lia founded  Say Cheese Bergen County in order to bring people and businesses together through beautiful food and to have fun while doing it. Lia curates the finest cheeses and accoutrements, including our olive oils and vinegars, to help us create masterpieces in our own kitchens! The 'theme' for the evening will be Italian... Buon Appetito!

The virtual class will begin at 8PM on Zoom, and last approximately 1 hour 15 min.  You will need to pick up your supplies at our shop at 34 Wilsey Square in Ridgewood between 3-5 PM on the afternoon of July 16, and then Lia will guide us in making a cheese board that is (almost) too beautiful to eat!  Learn about pairing flavors and textures, arranging techniques, and more! Cost is $65/Zoom participant, which includes all food supplies and your very own slate cheese board to keep!  Space is limited to 20 participants, and sign-ups will close on July 11.  You will receive a confirmation with all Zoom class details prior to the class.
