Simple Marinade


  • 1/2 cup ORTOO* extra virgin olive oil (single varietal or infused/fused)
  • 1/4 cup ORTOO balsamic vinegar (white or dark) of choice
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped garlic

* Olive R Twist Olive Oil Co.


Combine olive oil with balsamic vinegar.  Whisk in the mustard and chopped garlic.

To add a twist to your marinade, we suggest the following variations to this recipe:


Fruity Marinade for Fish/ShellfishUse ORTOO Lime Fused Olive Oil and ORTOO Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar.  Substitute diced red onion for the garlic.  Great on mild-tasting fish, scallops and shrimp!

Citrus Marinade for Chicken or Fish - Use ORTOO Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil and ORTOO Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar.

Asian-style Marinade for Salmon or Tuna - Use ORTOO Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil and ORTOO Honey Ginger White Balsamic.

Lemon Rosemary Marinade for Beef - Use ORTOO Rosemary Infused Olive Oil and lemon juice in place of vinegar!
