Sesame Ginger String Beans


  • 1/2 Tbsp ORTOO* Ultra Premium (single varietal) EVOO of choice
  • 1 1/2 lbs. trimmed green beans
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ORTOO* Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp ORTOO* Toasted Japanese Sesame Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat.  Add the green beans, Honey ginger Balsamic Vinegar, and saute' until tender, approximately 5-6 minutes.  Season lightly with salt, to taste, and remove from heat.  In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.  Drizzle over the green beans and lightly toss to combine.
