Sesame Ginger String Beans
- 1/2 Tbsp ORTOO* Ultra Premium (single varietal) EVOO of choice
- 1 1/2 lbs. trimmed green beans
- Kosher salt
- 1 tsp ORTOO* Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp ORTOO* Toasted Japanese Sesame Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add the green beans, Honey ginger Balsamic Vinegar, and saute' until tender, approximately 5-6 minutes. Season lightly with salt, to taste, and remove from heat. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drizzle over the green beans and lightly toss to combine.
