Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup ORTOO* balsamic vinegar (white or dark)
  • 1 Tbsp mustard (Dijon recommended)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • 1/2 cup ORTOO infused/fused or single varietal olive oil

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients except for the olive oil.  Gradually whisk in the olive oil, blending well.  Dressing may be used immediately or refrigerated in an air tight container for a day.  Be sure to let the dressing come to room temperature before serving, as olive oil will solidify in refrigerator.  Makes 1 cup.
