- 1/4 cup ORTOO* balsamic vinegar (white or dark)
- 1 Tbsp mustard (Dijon recommended)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper
- 1/2 cup ORTOO infused/fused or single varietal olive oil
*Olive R Twist Olive Oil Co.
Whisk together all ingredients except for the olive oil. Gradually whisk in the olive oil, blending well. Dressing may be used immediately or refrigerated in an air tight container for a day. Be sure to let the dressing come to room temperature before serving, as olive oil will solidify in refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.
