You may return or exchange items for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Items may only be returned or exchanged if they have not been opened or used. Items with broken bottle seals will not be accepted.
Please send items for return/exchange via an insured and trackable shipping method and in original packaging if possible to help prevent breakage. Items should be sent to:

Your return/exchange will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt.
If your item(s) were received damaged or broken, please contact us immediately by telephone at (201) 882-1515 or by email at [email protected] to let us know. We will arrange for the item(s) to be returned to us at no charge to you and ship to you replacement items.
ALL SALES WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL AFTER 14 DAYS, INCLUDING DAMAGED ITEMS IF NOT IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE STORE.
