Join us for an evening with best-selling author of 'On the Rocks' Maria C. Palmer, whose father, Joseph Costanzo, Jr. owned the internationally-acclaimed Dirona award-winning Primadonna Restaurant of Pittsburgh, PA. In this 'hands on' cooking class, Maria will teach us how to make pasta from scratch, a simple marinara sauce, as well as a garlic and wine sauce and her family's restaurant signature garlic bread! We will then get to enjoy a wonderful Italian meal together as Maria discusses her book and her experiences growing up in her father's restaurant business!
Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine or your favorite adult beverage. The class will begin at 7 PM, and will be limited to 14 participants. Class participants will receive a 10% discount on any items purchased at the store the evening of the event.
Class reservations are non-refundable. If we have a waitlist, we will attempt to fill your spot if you cannot make it, and will be happy to refund you if we are successful.
