Cooking Class - "Chopped" with a Twist - February 12, 2020

This class will be a Valentine's Day Special Edition cooking demonstration with Chef Angie Shaghaghi alongside Chef Kenneth of Salumi Kitchen in Lodi, NJ, as they compete for your votes in a 'cook off' of several dishes!  Your only job this evening, besides to have fun and learn, will be to taste each chef's versions of the dishes, and then judge the dishes to determine who is the 'top chef'!  The event is guaranteed to be both delicious and entertaining!  Bring a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage, along with your appetite... The cost of the class is $65/person, and will include copies of all recipes and a special 10% discount off any purchases that evening.  The class is limited to 25 participants, so reserve your spot early on-line or by contacting the store at 201-882-1515.
