Join us for a fun and informative evening as we learn how to make several easy yet delicious pasta sauces from simple, healthy ingredients! Chef Marcello Russodivito of Marcello's Restaurant in Suffern, NY will teach us some 'tricks of the trade' of how to cook up an amazing pasta dinner for your friends and family without spending hours in your kitchen. He will also teach us how to make his amazing balsamic vinaigrette and a delicious salad.
A native of Italy, Marcello studied at the Hotel Institute Montecatini Terone in Tuscany. He continued to perfect his culinary talents at restaurants throughout Switzerland, Germany, France, England and Bermuda. In 1986 he opened his Suffern, NY restaurant, and more recently re-opened the historic Ho-Ho-Kus Inn (1998-2007) where he served his fine contemporary Italian cuisine.
Bring your favorite beverage and a friend if you like! Menu will be vegetarian. Class will begin at 7 PM, and will be limited to 12 participants. Participants will receive a 10% discount on any purchases made on the evening of the class. Masks will not be required during the class.
