Cooking Class with Chef Marcello - January 26, 2023
Join us for a fun and informative evening as we learn how to prepare several easy, yet delicious Italian dishes from simple, healthy ingredients! Chef Marcello Russodavito of Marcello's Restaurant in Suffern, NY will teach us some 'tricks of the trade' of how to cook up an amazing dinner for your friends and family without spending hours in your kitchen. The evening's menu will include goat cheese salad, ragu of eggplant with swordfish, lemon fettuccine, and a special Zabaglione over fresh berries for dessert!
A native of Italy, Marcello studied at the Hotel Institute Montecatini Terone in Tuscany. He continued to perfect his culinary talents at restaurants throughout Switzerland, Germany, France, England and Bermuda. In 1986 he opened his Suffern, NY restaurant, and more recently re-opened the historic Ho-Ho-Kus Inn (1998-2007) where he served his fine contemporary Italian cuisine.
Bring a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage and a friend if you like! Class will begin at 7 PM, and will be limited to 14 participants. Those who attend will receive a 10% discount on any purchases made on the evening of the class. We ask that you refrain from attending if you are not feeling well.
