Cooking Class November 14, 2024 - Chef Angie

Get ready for the holiday season with our Spatchcock Chicken and Holiday Sides class!  Learn how to make the most delicious chicken in a fraction of the time of a regular chicken with Angie!  What is all the hype about Spatchcock Chicken anyways? You will find out!  

We will also be making several decadent side dishes to complement a variety of holiday meals (think homemade stuffing, roasted Brussel sprouts, and sweet potato pie!) to make your holiday celebrations extra special and yummy this year!

Bring your appetite and a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage if you like!  Class will begin at 7 PM, and will be limited to 14 participants.  Participants will receive a 10% discount on any purchases made on the evening of the event.

Class reservations are non-refundable.  If we have a waitlist, we will attempt to fill your spot if you cannot make it, and we will be happy to refund you if we are successful.
