Spring is here, and so are the various seasonal holidays that often involve brunch celebrations (think Easter and Mother's Day)!  We will learn how to make strawberry bruschetta, Shakshuka (a popular middle eastern dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes and other vegetables), roasted spring vegetables, and a BLT salad!  Any one (or all) of these will be sure to add a twist to your next Brunch!

Bring your appetite and a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage if you like!  Class will begin at 7 PM, and will be limited to 14 participants.  Participants will receive a 10% discount on any purchases made on the evening of the event.

Class reservations are non-refundable.  If we have a waitlist, we will attempt to fill your spot if you cannot make it, and we will be happy to refund you if we are successful.
