Brunch is the topic of this class, as we make a fabulous frittata, refreshing poached salmon and a delicious fruit shortbread...

You will undoubtedly impress your brunch guests with this menu!  We will be making a fabulous frittata,   poached salmon with dill, and Chef Angie's shortbread with fresh fruit to round out this perfect meal!  Perfect for Mother's Day!*

Bring a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage, and a friend if you like.  Class will begin at 7 PM, and will be limited to 14 participants.  Participants will receive a 10% discount on any purchases made on the evening of the event.
