'Hands On' Cooking Class with Chef Melanie Bryant of Savory on the Side Catering! In honor of St. Patrick's Day, the theme of this class will be food with an Irish flare. Think charcuterie boards with Irish meats, cheeses, smoked salmon and much more! We will also learn how to make pan-seared salmon with a traditional Irish side dish, and enjoy homemade Guinness bread. This will be a fun evening with lots of 'hands on' involvement, not to mention a great party planning lesson that we will be able to walk away with, along with our own charcuterie boards! Bring your appetite along with your favorite Irish beer, a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage, and get ready to have some fun! Cost is $65/person and space is limited to 15 participants.
