Learn from the best! Charcuterie is an art, and if you know Chef Angie, you know that she has mastered it. This 'Galentine's' themed charcuterie board class will showcase some Mediterranean recipes, including a beet hummus, Crazy Feta Dip, and an 'out of this world' eggplant spread! You will take home your own charcuterie board to share with friends, family, or a special 'Valentine'!
Class begins at 7 PM, and will be limited to 14 participants. Bring your appetite and a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage if you'd like! A 10% shopping discount will be offered to all attending the class on the evening of the event.
Class reservations are non-refundable. If we have a waitlist, we will attempt to fill your spot if you cannot make it, and will be happy to refund you if we are successful.
