"Chopped Jr" Kids' Mini-Camp with Chef Angie (Creative Cooks) - Oil & Vinegar Edition!
Young 'chefs' will be given secret fresh and wholesome ingredients to prepare a delicious lunch using select olive oils and balsamic vinegars! They will receive complete guidance and be encouraged to try new things. Once the cooking is completed, they will learn 'plating' techniques and present their masterpieces before diving in to enjoy! Each child will bring home their individually created 'vinaigrette' made with Olive R Twist's olive oils and balsamic vinegars!
There are two sessions offered for this mini-camp: Monday, July 22 or Monday, August 5, both are from 10:30 AM to 12:45 PM. July 22 theme will be 'Tex Mex', and August 5 theme will be 'Italian Perfect Pasta'! Cost is $55/child For ages 8-13. Class size is limited to 12.
